How to arrange your (specialist) doctors appointment (not psychotherapy) in just a few steps:

You identify yourself with your insurance number. You can find this on the front of your insurance card, it begins with a letter.
After registering, please enter all necessary data in the online form. Please only enter the health data relevant to this appointment. We will then take care of your appointment request.
Submit the online form. We will inform you about the status of the processing within two working days (Monday - Friday).

Alternatively, you have the option of using the doctors appointment service by telephone on 040 325 325 845.

We cannot give you a guarantee for your desired date. The arranged appointments are binding for you. If you cannot attend this, please inform the practice in good time. Thank you very much.
